Without using a PC?

If so, what equipment do you use?

I'm currently using a Korg Electribe EA1 Mk II, a Kork Electribe ES1 MkI, a Korg MS2000, a Roland Groovebox, and a Roland JV1010 Module.

The Korg ES1 is for the rhythm side of things but I feel its lacking now in the type of loops I need and wondered if anyone had any recommendations from personal experience.

Me syd, dave, rog and richard used to do a bit of that back in the 60's and 70's using stereo panning, tape editing, echo effects and electric keyboards.
