went to Vsport to get my new manifold back system made up today, have used Dave for plenty of stuff in the past and always get a good price and quality of work is fantastic
heres some pics:
the old exhaust flange on the downpipe was corroded so badly that it wasnt worth trying to re-use it so off came the downpipe and Dan welded up a new section with a new flange on (for free!) so that they had a good solid base to start from:

(my local powerflow were going to cut off and re-use my old flanges )
welds are nice and tidy, fully tig welded:

(powerflow were going to mig weld it :lol
Center section with de-cat:

plenty of room over the rear axle for when I lower it next week:

backbox:

and had a before and after dyno done:

and a final word of reccomendation, if you are thinking of a new exhaust, Vsport now do these systems mail order. Quality and workmanship is fantastic, cheers lads

why do you keep slagging powerflow off? almost like you've been told to
also are they mandrell bends in the exhaust?
power gain is pretty good though

Nah, the only reason Im saying that about powerflow is that is what they did on my old 1.4 sport, yeah fairly good gain as well.

I agree that Dave and Dans workman ship is great. Still enjoying mine, can't lower the back as much as I'd like because the 2.5" bore pipe hits the beam a little . But overally a good exhuast and will do me well for the c20xe .

Because they are shite, usually have cowboys fitting them and rust in no time!
Huge waste of money!
Not keen on Dave A's bending though, quite a reduction on the bends!
