I was told that I would get a "premmium courtesy car" whilst my Coop is having it's accident damage repaired, I've just drooped the Coop off, and picked up this P.O.S!!
I was hoping Astra V or Focus or something, but no, I get this:

EPIC FAIL!!11oneone!!1

Yep, 1.2

Hardly a "Premium car" to replace my 2.2 Astra Coupe in the meantime!
I'm not expecting a direct replacement, or even a equivilent, but swapping a nice, comfortable and powerful car for a 1.2 5 door Clio is hardly "premium"
Never before have I wanted my Coop back on the road! I just hope they hurry the fuck up!

Fuck me! At the age of THIRTY ONE if a insurance can't trust me with a courtesy car then I doubt they ever will
I took out my policy knowing that I was going to get a courtesy car in this type of event, after amounted over 10 years of no claims I think it's only fair!
Just dissapointed really, a workmate of mine got given a Mazda 6 when his £800 Mondeo got hit, and I end up with a 1.2 5 door wheezy Clio?! Bah farking humbug!

if its a non fault accident then your entitled to a like for like courtesy car even if they have to hire it from a separate hire place etc otherwise if it was a fault accident insurers normally just give you the class A vehicle.

At work you get a lot of merc drivers who have been involved in non fault accidents requesting like for like and its their right too, the bill is just passed onto the thrid party insurer.

Nothing drives as well as a hire car My trip to the Nurburgring in a 1.2 Polo proves this.

Is this from your insurance company or a claims management company?

I ended up with a like for like when my GSi was in the body shop, got a brand spanking new Golf GT with delivery millage

If it bothers you ring up and ask for a like for like but I am gussing you are a a suposed "young" driver hence why you ended up with a low risk car?

I have had a run of shit hire cars of late

Corsa sxi probably best I've had in ages. Most hire places won;t give you anything over a 1.2 until 25
