I would of said prison also. Would it not be longer than a 12 month ban sort of 18 months a whopping great fine.

i got told leavng the scene was 3 points, i assume he left and got caught straight away?
if hes 3 times the limit he'll get 24 month ban probably, medical exam before licence is re-issued, but shouldnt have to retake test i dont think

The car is a write off so how he managed to dive it i don't know, but yes he crashed and someone saw him. They then phoned the police which led to him being caught on the garage forecourt.

The only way i can discribe is him and his dad and a few of his dads mates went to a car auction. Before they went in do not what ever you do raise your hand look nod or do or anything as you will end up with a car.
So in the auction the auctioneer is having a bit of a hard time selling so he puts his hand up bear in mind he hasn't got any money So auction finishes and he has bought the car . His dad had to beg and plead so they didn't have to buy the car.
His reason for doing this was he felt sorry for the auctioneer. I pissed my sides when i heard this

I think 3 times over the limit is a minimum of a 24 month ban. Leaving the scene of an accident is pretty bad too, especially when pissed. The magistrates wont be impressed to say the least.

Those courses are optional, but they reduce your ban by 25%.
