bought an airdam rear off marklawton on ebay and surprisingly it only went for £82, there wasnt a reserve on it. so i won the auction.

i just spoke to him and he wont sell it to me as it went too cheap? i thought when you bought something off ebay it was a contract?

where do i stand and what should i do?

thanks

what a fucking spoon

contact ebay, the item is yours, your bid is a legally binding contract iirc

As already said, the item is now yours...by contract.

Contact eBay asap.

haha, you snooze you loose...

it's his fault, he has to sell it to you for that amount. legally binding...

PAY FOR IT - and you can report unrecieved item...

the most you would be able to do is leave neg feedback and report him, but at the end of the day that wont get you the bumper so just try and come up with a deal.

yeh it was a non payer i believe, i spoke to him about that when i tried to buy it before.

anyway i think im just goin to offer him a price that is still good for me but not as good as the £82 haha.

he was looking for £200 to start with, but said i could have it for £150, think im goin to offer £130 and not do anything on ebay?

the bumper is definatly worth more
