Lee Hasdell from Milton Keynes is fighting. My mate Roman Webber fought on 23 but isn't on this card (he trains with Lee).
Always enjoy CR, very entertaining show compared to some MMA cards.

Watched a few times.
I find it frustrating to watch when one guy is just laid on the other, occasionally punching him in the face and the referee just stands by.

Lee Hasdell is a nice bloke, used to teach karate years ago. Think he teaches ninjitsu now which makes sense i suppose. looked abit of a hardnut from what i remember.

Yeah boring to watch but very technical. Stand up is best to watch but ground work isn't if you don't appreciate the style.

Yeah he's got his own club Jake and teaches Thai/kick boxing, Jujitsu, cage etc but you have to apply to be a student. He only teaches 8 people per class and you have to book in advance.

Thai/kick and cage. Haven't trained in a few weeks, been having some problems with my elbows

I hear you there. My back is starting to give way, ive had a look on Lee's website and MMA looks handy. May have to look into that abit more.

My elbows are fine with weights. They play up with impact (strikes).
