Dirty bastards lifted all the phone cables from the ground so we was without a telephone for a few days, then when BT did replace everything they mixed up over 1000 numbers from where i live 
Been a sodding nightmare trying to sort it all out.
And SKY, recruit some ENGLISH speaking staff. Seperated by common language! Unless they're staff base is pakistan/india/similar

Yeah and all i seem to be reading about in the national and local rags is the government trying to do this and that for the scumbags. New gypo sites etc.

Trying to explain the whole situation to someone who clearly couldn't speak English was very frustrating. Then you'd be on hold for 30 mins, then you'd speak to another turbanator, then you'd get put through to another one, put on hold, and then cut off

Sky do have english speaking staff. The overseas lot cover when the Uk ones are on lunch, are too busy or out of hours (after 10ish till like 9am)

i work for alfred mcalpine and the amount of roofs we're out patching up is unbelievable. theres a few sites wehre the pikeys are actually returning the same night we've fitted it and ripping it straight back off.
