About 5 years ago I twisted my ankle and walked home only to find out the next day I'd snapped all 3 bones in my leg.. Anyway it all healed up and has been fine since then till the other day when I stepped off a curb funny and felt something kinda go..
I've been at work for the last 2 days and sometimes it feels fine then other times I get a stabbing pain in my ankle where I broke it before..
Not wanting to go to A&E because I'll feel like twat if its alright and wasted there time..
Opinions...

If you've broken it previously then I'd go and get it checked out.

i would go have it checked out, i stubbed my toe on a wall and though i had dislocated at first but it looked fine so left it, the next day my foot was a rite state turned out i had snapped my toe in two, dislocted the bottom bit of my toe which connets to the foot and i had snapped my metatarsal, needed manipulation and allsorts,

I've done something similar, took a whack at football on my shin, hurt like fook for weeks but eventually healed up. I can now feel a bit of bone floating around on my shin, if I get caught on it it swells up and hurts like buggery
Bit late but I'd get it checked out!

Usually just touching your bones doesn't give you a good accurate diagnosis, because your bones(especially the leg) are lined with a sheet of tissue which when dented can clump up and feel like chipped bone, get to A&E and have an x-ray, if it's fine then your a winner forget what they will think, you don't know them. But if it's something serious then might aswell have it fixed now than waiting and having your leg bones re-broken to have them re-set.

i think i've done that to my arm. thought i'd sprained it about a month ago. But it clicks something awful and the other day at work while picking up a crate, there was a mega snap that even my manager about 10ft away heard and i had the worst pain ever.
Thing is it doesnt hurt half the time, only when i sleep on it or lift it at an angle....
