Bought some kings of leon tickets on ebay & the seller mailed me 2 days after paying telling me that his girlfriend has sold the tickets to someone else & he'll be refunding the money by paypal
Takes a few days for the mony to transfer back to my account & now I might not be able to get any more tickets
Im going to report what he's done, really hope he gets banned. Fucking douchebag 
Do you have to wait for so many days before reporting item as not recieved? What about generally reporting that the seller is a total arse?

don't think you can report him, if he is refunding you. And i don't think you can report someone for being a douche bag

I think you usually have to wait a certain amount of time before reporting the item as not received but because he's mailed you saying your not gonna get them you should be able to report it straight away

dont wait for the money to buy somemore mate, just buy them and pay for them when you have the cash, it will only be a day or two and if you let the seller know that should be a problem, if hes refunding you via payapal, it should be instant for the funds back
