right, i purchased a set of v6 brakes off somone i know last weekend, he said it will take a week to recieve the spiggots and get the discs drilled..
fair enough..
since i paypalled him the money (inc paypal fee's) i havent heard a thing from him...
ive tried phoning, texting, emailing, msn-ing, u2u ing him on here etc...
infact he's online talking to my mate right now.
but he wont reply to me 
i know where he lives (its only a 20min drive)
what should i do??...i have a funny feeling he's trying to blag me here...
is there anyway of reclaiming my money through paypal?

If he told you it would take a week to get stuff done he's not done anything wrong yet?
If people have had problems before though it should maybe have been cash on ncollection.

well, ive heard of 1 person in particular from the NW having payed for an engine mount and never recieveing it...
didnt think he would shit on his own doorstep.
options so far are:
- open paypal despute,
- leave it a bit longer.
- drive round his and remove parts off his car to the value im owe'd.

Just put a dispute in with paypal and if he doesn't sort it out, paypal will retrive you money from his account.

ask him for an update or a refund and give him a reasonable time limit to reply and tell him if he hasn't responded within that time limit you'll be contacting Paypal to get a refund.
