Yup think i've been caught about 30 mins ago in Luton but i'm not 100% sure.
I was doing over 40 in a 40 zone and I went past a cam, didn't notice it till I drove past it on the way back. Takes the piss even more as I wasn't meant to be on the road as I accidently came on it..
How many mph would they let me off in a 40 and how long would a ticket usually take to come?
Edit: I was doing over 45 I think.

I think you have a 10% allowance over the limit so if your doing 44 you get the option of the Safety Awareness course.
They have to send you a letter within 14 days or they can't persue the prosecution, so start counting your days and pray day 15 comes and you havent got a letter.
That is my assumption so if its wrong i apologise.

How much would I have to pay for the course?
And is this if I only have 3 points?

he got offereed the course, i just got straights points and a fine.
As for that 14 day rule its bullshit, can take months. Think its a common misconseption

The 14 day rule is not crap. If you dont recieve your NIP within 14 days they cannot prosecute unless they are having difficulty tracking you down or there is a postal strike.

Aparently it's not a speed camera but one for traffic lights - lets hope so.
It bloody looked like a speed camera.
