I've never paid much attention to the monarchy - so much so I had no idea the queen was married until I saw her Anniversary on TV

My mum nearly choked when I asked who 'he' was. She said Prince Philip, her husband. I said no way!!! I honestly never knew she was married I thought he was her brother or something Why is he not called King then if he's the Queens husband? Thats my excuse for not knowing, thats what threw me off the fact they call him Prince
