OK, played footy last night and ever since my knee has been in pain every time I bend it... its that feelign where you just feel liek you need the bone to click back in palce to sort it out but its yet to happen, anyone got any ideas?

if you sitting at a desk left your leg off the chair and tense it fully should work
well does for me

i get pain in my knees quite often but its not like the way you described yours. i usually just try a little light excercise to stop them seizing up.

If it was ur acl, then ur leg wud be giving way .. I did mine the other year - Plus u would be in total agony ... If u cant straighten it, it sounds like cartiledge. I had my ACL sorted and previous to that all my cartiledge stitched up

i used to get this a lot, its a condition usually present in younger when growing where the bones are growing together to fast, its called Osgood Schlatter

Could still be ACL injury, maybe just a tear and not a rupture
