once a day, but really need to take better care of them, my tongue bar chips the enamel(sp) off them and they are slightly stained through smoking.

usually brush and moutwash twice a day

But when my dentist looked he thought I brushed twice a day with mouthwash... wasn't complaining

mums a dental nurse so it was drilled into me very young, if i didnt do it, she would, and i hated her doing it as it took so long so i made sure i did it do it 2x a day with mouthwash

best to set a routine so you dont forget

mine always bleed too

really need to go to the dentist i think, was meant to have a filling about 2 years ago but missed the appointment and havent been back

Brush once a day in the morning. Occasionally before bed if i remember.

Ive never had any rotten teeth, fillings and my teeth arent yellow

I tend to chew alot of gum, dont drink fizzy pop or anything neither so it probably helps.
