hey,

selling up the corsa in january, need somethin a wee bit faster...

budget is 7k absolute super max...

originally liked the look of a mk2 megane but from what i've researched it would seem the car would probs be in a renault garage more than it would be on the road

im now hooked on a wee 1.5 yaris t-sport, really like the look of them. i was driving my parents 1.0 yaris wen i passed my test which i thot was a gr8 car

any opinions? anyone actually drivin one?

cheers

ive driven my parents 1.3 quite alot, theyre fun little cars, and the 1.3 is nippy enough so the 1.5 must fly, lots of bit availble on www.envyperformance.co.uk

handling is scary though, some better wheels and a bit of lowering should sort that

i've noticed that the alloys on the t sport couldn't be any more ugly if they tried - the sr wheels are a lot nicer which u probs have kurt?

103 bhp and 9 secs to 60 i wouldn't call it a 'hot hatch'

Just get a clio 172 cup or something.

loads of shite in this thread tbh

Very good car, all reviews of them are good, top of the power surveys etc.

Certainly not fast, but quick little cars, very high gearing so quick through the gears, nice clunky box, great brakes, pretty good handling - but its no hot-hatch.

I have owned for for just over a year, if you want a quick, fun car, that gives you good mpg, isn't french, and will last you some years, go test drive one, you'll like it

however 7k is too much, i have a mint low mileage one, and it cost less than that
