The high bidder also has 1 feedback so at a guess I'd say he's bidding on his own auction to make it look more genuine.
And look at the bid history, lol, blatent con-man. The thing is if someone bids at the last minute thinking it's a PS3, nothing can be done.

i nearly bid on a psp box when i was getting my white jap one a couple of years ago, the sod worded it so it read something like
"psp box charger headphones and instructions"
