I'm beginning to get spaced out as fuck

Since surgery on monday im now taking the following:

Tramadol 400mg a day
Diclofenac Sodium 100mg a day
Paracetamol 4000mg a day
Ibroprufen 2400mg a day
Lansoprazole 30mg a day
Cetrazine 10mg a day

ive lost 4st 11.5lbs, i will post pics once ive lost 6 stone i think, im still not confident enuf atm

I thought paracetamol etc wasnt good for you, could shag up your liver if you take it alot? 4000mg a day is a lot
