Is anyone self employed on here?

how does tax and NI work? when and how do you pay it? Cant find much info about it tbh.

if it is only you then you register as a sole trader. you then do a basic spead sheet for what you earn and what you pay out. tax is then worked out on your profit. if you do it before sept 30th then they work out how much ta you pay after thatn you have to work it out lol

you register yourself as a sole trader on the above site IIRC and they send you out some info and the tax form when its needed.

Yep, you get a bill for National Insurance every three months (about £28) unless you pay by direct debit.
