Nothing wrong with paintin driveshafts at all. Some people like very clean painted and protected undersides of their cars. I'd have done mine with more time.....

Just not the clips.

Review what a concourse car is (although with steelies with painted end nuts, I can't quite see it myself )

My friends Beetle is coloured.

Red gearbox components
Blue Chassis components
? Engine colour
And the cars yellow....

Easily to identify, IF you have colour coded the various parts....

Not just randomly painting one colour though
