"fitted" some new headlamps on the weekend and anyone who has done will know bout the tricky white clip the unit sits in. well i bust mine totally f*cked it. needed a new one to get the lamp sitting firmly.

checked [url=http://www.corsasport.co.uk/board/location.php[Location service[/url] (iv only been in Cam 6 weeks) for my local Vaux dealer.

found their website for parts dept (check opening times, location etc) and found this

Merketts web page

and i thought, bollocks thats just words!
so rather than explain what i wanted when i got there i slide the clip across the desk asking for a replacement. the chap pick it up and said, Corsa rite? i was shocked!! mayb its a more common part than i believe but he knew it straight away )despite its f*cked apperance and went to get me on! (£0.36 + VAT part nos if anyone interested V0090386374)

just goes to show some do know what their talking about!!

My local dealer said the same - as soon as I went in and said my car had failed its MOT on an insecure headlamp he said ''I assume its a Corsa then? Very common problem on the B's''

As you say, very cheap, so I bought two just incase.
