4oD is a service provided by Channel 4 to legally download television shows that they may have missed. Each download is valid for around 3 days and can be watched as many times as you wish before the file expires and becomes unreadable.

Sorry I trashed one before probably in error given what you've just posted.

If its legal then discussion is OK but can people still bear in mind that recently a web site owner was arrested for linking to TV show content.
