Well before i went on holiday i went to the local Vauxhall dealer for some rear mudflaps for a 1994 corsa GSi. The guy on parts said they hadn't got any in but some corsa mudflaps where coming in and he would reserve me them till i got back of my holiday. Easy enough so far.

Anyway went to pick them up last night. Well told them that i had some saved, so the young lad trundles off and ten mins later comes back is it the front and rears you want the same set fits front and rears. I replied no it doesn't and its only the rears, i have them reserved for me. Disappears again comes back with a set. Here ya go these are the ones. I looked at them and told him they are not the ones for a corsa. He assured me that they no longer make the ones i wanted and these are the new ones.

So took his word for it and went home to fit. Got them out the packet and what falls out but the fitting instructions for a set of mudflaps belonging to a 1998 Astra So i will be sraight back tonight.

Rant over

You would think they would know instead of giving you what they think you should have.

What might have happened is that EPC lists different sets for the Corsa. There is the tailored fit ones and the plain ones (which will no doubt also fit a 98 Astra). Recon they just ordered the flat ones, not the tailored ones which curve round the bumper.
