thats due to tax reasons IIRC. And delivery is normally free anyway

you must of been after something dodgey, as in the 50+ parcels Ive got from them over the last few years its only ever taken a few days if it says its instock on the site.

thats what i mean, a few days is crap in this day and age,
i.e i ordered two worlds from them hoping to get it release day and it took an extra day or two

then dont be cheap and pay for next day. When your buying the item for as cheap as your probably going to find it online, and your gettng free shipping then you cant complain!!!

ive used them quite few times

the last item i purchased was a xbox360 steering wheel

i ended up with a wireless headsat for the xbox!! :-S

then i complained and wanted the correct item sent!

So i ended up with 2 360 Steering wheels :-) for the price of one!!! :-)


Play.com are best for anything small, big things they are unorganised!!!!

i use play.com for most dvd's or whatever i am looking for and have done for a few years...highly recommended and if theres a problem they are happy to help

they gave me a free usb memory stick which i used for my usb cd player lol.

store part of the card details so easily fast tracks orders. Saves the hassle of continually entering your card details when you buy from there again - which I imagine a lot of people do when buying games/DVDs, etc.

I think you can opt out of entering them and having them saved though.
