any chance of being given 3 or 5 points and being offered a speeding course

it was on a dual carriadgeway that was entirely empty at 122, got caught by undercovers

it a double dual carridgeway with central reservation, always thought they were suppose to be national speedlimit anyway lol, i belive it use to have a higher speed limit

he'll be banned, thats 34mph over the speed limit, and 50 zones are 50mph for a reason

agreed,

he's up the swannie

i was exaclty 34mph over the speed limit, was charged with dangerous driving,

got my case dropped to careless and got a 6month ban

tell him to get a good solicitor,

no need to post it again, all this was said in the previous thread

exatly, there is a few near me, dual carrigway, they the speed varies all the way up it, between 50 & 70
i even think it's drop's to 40 at one point on it

even if it was 50?, limits are there for a reason though tbh, im happy sitting just above 80 on the motorway because its not like a kid will run out for his football, thru a 30 and the like im barely doing over 35

if it was a 50 and there was 2 lanes seperated by a central reservation yes id do 84. if it was a 30 i dont like going fast in case a kid runs out in front of me, on the other hand i have had my old corsa at 145mph in a 70. (my own track is a 70) and it was safe as the roads were empty
