wasnt someone on here trying to find out if 5stud rear drums off a corsa c would fit on a corsa b?

what was the outcome?

I was looking into it but I sold the car...

I got as far as working out they used the same bearings and also the same brake shoes so couldnt see any reason for them not to fit.. All just seamed a bit too easy..

ull strugel to find 5 stud drums, there only on the 1.7 cdti

You could modify some 4 stud drums into 5 stud though.

but you have all the hassel of doing a drum conversion?

disks are easy to do, been done loads, nothing could be easier

what? take one drum off, put another on?

not like having to have welding done for rear disk's, then sorting out handbrakes, then getting a compansator fitted to the back's dont brake too hard....

took half a day to do mine and that was without knowing what we were doing, just took a bit of research to get the right parts before we started

personaly i'd still rather use drum's..

30mins to change drums, if that..
i cant weld nor have i got a welder, which would be a problem doing rear disk's

For the hassle of changing to rear disks on a corsa isn't really worth it as they barely use any rear braking.
