You cannot drop a combat 2 40-60mm.

I've posted mine in the other topic on 17s and i COULD not drop it. It had less than 40mm as it was un-lowered!

How can you try? Its not physically possible on 17s. There was less than a 40mm gap between bumper and floor.

It cannot be done on 17s

depends on what wheels mate, but my mate lowered his 40mm on 17s and was on the floor and not really very driveable. He bought airbags in end

Totaly agree here. It isn't worth the hassle of having it. That kit has been around since 2001. Get something different.

The two posters above are spot on. Its an absolute bastard to drive.

I couldnt park on a driveway, i couldnt get out of my local petrol station because it was to low for the dropped kerb.

Since having that kit, i've decided i wont be having another.

ive noticed it alot on hear people telling people to do stuff and not do other things, i understand you telling me not to do it because its too low but just because its been around for a while dosent mean ikt still cant look good.

it might not be in all your tastes but some other poeple will still like it

It's totaly up to you mate. If you wanna do it then go for it but be warned it is 99% un-practical.

Fair enough you want to do it but unless your going to be running 19's, take it from someone that tried and learnt.

You cannot drop the kit while on 17's. You can barely drive it with zero drop.

Noone is saying dont, but i am saying you cant drop it with 17s.

i have to disagree i had them on my first corsa on 17" bk rims lowerd 40mm and was drivable just took it off mine coz i worked in a shoping centre with a multy stori carpark so came off to save me damaging them. but was still driveable just drive with caution and go over speedbumps slow or with one wheel if posible.
