"full blow over to brighten up the paint"

IMO translates to

"full blow over to hide all the rust so that I can get it sold"

2nd one is mint

d-reg cars seem to be pretty solid, e/f 89 cars seem to tust more than others,

check sils, floor, in behind the bodykit

i'd try and get a 90 spec car,

with rs turbos there's so many shitters out there, even f the sellers are genuine

i'd try http://www.passionford.com first, maybe get in touch with the rs owners club,
