my dad offered me a job working for him as mum n dad are going away to aus for 3 weeks and need someone to run the buisness

better wage, no travelling to work, better benefits

things are all ggod

means he can work less on the drawing side and i can take over

handed in my notice last week when i was sitting in spain after a round of golf having a pint
dont think the boss was happy

just spoke to the boss to see what was happening

said could be made an assocciate so get % of proffit. makes it more interesting but still

what to do???

Working with family can be a nightmare. Especially when it comes to getting time off or wage increases etc. Good luck to you though.

time off shouldnt be a problem, i will be working 40+ hrs a week and at nights etc aswell.

Mum and dad are quite layed back people and if i pull my weght it should be all good.

Means i will get to labour on site back and forward aswell, beats sitting on CS all day

i work for my uncle and his business partner. my uncle is easy going but his business partner is a real badass so i don't get it easy
