pics are poor. cant understand why my phone is that bad.

anyway, head back. bronze guides, double valve springs, 1 piece steel wasted stem oversize valves and some internal workings. cylinder head is lovely, fair bit of time and work gone into it. thanks to dave and vsport for getting it sorted for me. its coming along anyway, aim to have it back in the car in maybe a week or 2 just waiting on some vernier cam pulleys. then, time to order up ecu and some injectors and go from there.

motivation has returned. and it has absolutely nothing to do with my mates ibiza away being mapped, nothing at all............

It was dark - darkness plays silly tricks with camera phone exposure.

Looking good. Have you moved to solid lifters or still on hydraulics? I am having to source a new head for the nova at the moment.

the Newman hydraulics are fine for up to 8500 rpm as long as you get a cam profile with low ramp rate to match.
