Never been during the week, doubt it'll be too busy other than guests at the Hilton, and possibly a few of the residents.

It's the huge building right in the middle of Manchester city centre, can't really miss it. Looks as though it's top heavy. Half of it is the Hilton hotel, half are flats I think. There is a bar at the top too.
