are you going to do some cutting on the front bumper for that FMIC? is that why you wanted pics.

I had a precut MY96 front bumper, shame i sold the bugger

Brakes can be upgraded at a later date. With the MOT due soon they are a 'quick fix'.
Yean gotta cut the bumper up, wanted pics for that and to see the pipework.
Added you to msn, but i'm rarely on it, so could you mail the pics please?

Could you not fit a UK sized plate on the rear? That import one looks a bit gay!

Oh and hurry up and get that splitter on, you've had it for like 3 years now!

Ours always passed MOT with just a bright red bulb....

thats a lot of pipe work with the FMIC? What are you doing to warrant it upping the boost with a remap etc?

Hope it isnt laggy :S

2 pots For the price you payed for those discs and pads etc you could have got a full 4 pot set up from a facelift. The one i test drove the other week had 4 pots on and the difference was amaizing! 6 pots must be very very good.

I would have gone for a remap too instead of the FMIC.No need for one until you go to huge power/boost.

Car has 1 cat removed in the centre section. Not removing the other until remap which won't happen until I get a boost controller etc. No point getting a remap now and then having to get it done again once I add bits to it and no way i'm adding decat and boost controller without a remap.

Your entitled to your opinion.
But, unlike alot of people on here I do my car for and how I want to do it, not how other people tell/ or think I should do it

paint it green with pink flames... now.

What remap/software you thinking? Is that an EcuTek'able ecu? or will it have to be PFC or Unichip piggyback type affair?
You'll notice it spool a lot quicker with the final cat out, and boost turned up a smidge!

I was always tempted to do it with the R, but just new if i started it would get expensive!

Arrrrrrr right i get ya

I'm not implying that you should do things in a particular order mate but were not talking about corsa's here

Generally the first mods most people would do are...Boost gauge..Uprated brakes as they are shit..Exhaust with both CATS removed as the down pipe Cat is the one to loose..then a remap.Pretty much essential things to make the car and engine safe.

I just think it's daft to spend money on an FMIC when you don't need one with the spec you have. Also i wouldn't bother with new wheels until my engine was sorted unless i needed new tyres and i got the wheels + tyres cheaper than just buying tyres alone.

Your call though but that is my opinion.
