Had a read through the t&c.
Pricing
All prices in the catalogue, Internet and Sky Active are a guide only. When we're ready to send your shopping to you, we scan it through one of our normal store checkouts, so that you receive any promotions we have at the time of delivery and you pay the price on day of delivery, just as though you'd been shopping yourself.
COULD STILL CHANCE IT.

there not legally oblidged to sell it for that price, they may do just to appease customers.
but most likely all the orders will be declined when they come to take the money, dont forget an advertised price is not an offer mearly an invitation to treat.

When i worked at tesco, if somthing was priced up wrong, and is purchased by the customer(therefore they have paid a different price to what was stated) we had to give them the product for free.

They dont have to sell it to you for that price, its just in the companies best interests if they do oblige and sell it to you at the displayed price

He isn't wrong. If something is priced at £10 but should be £12, they can EITHER sell you it for the advertised price, or refuse to sell all together. The only thing they cannot do it sell it for a higher than advertised price.
Just because Tesco give it away, doesn't mean thats the law. They do it to keep the customer happy.
