surely the components would be helpful in the boot! hi frequency dies down quickly especially when its drowned out by a sub

the components make teh sound more even especially wen the boot open cus if u jus have a sub or 2 subs ur gna get all base ano mid range! an thers tweeters for teh high range too! sounds awesome wid a good headunit! an that aint bein biased either! ask flybikeslee

when driving along you do not sit in the boot!
And any one that stands around with there boot open playing songs loud enough that you need speakers there should be shot.

Components in the boot will do nothing apart from mess with the subs output, the only place for components is in front of the driver.

at the moment i have just a fli with built in sub and some 6x9s, the sub slides around, and the 6x9s arnt the best, i love this boot build!>>>

subs n crap in the boot aint ma cuppa tea. amp n 6x9s was my limit, but even they've gone now...

I haven't wired mine up again since it was re-sprayed in April, so I know I don't use it

Hence why its coming out, being re-placed with some flat and re-trimmed panels!

If you are fairly confident with a jigsaw then really boot builds are quite simple!

Just make sure you plan alot and measure twice cut once!

I always used to get all the equipment and lay it out in different positions before building, get the idea right and deal with the problems that come up when they come up!
