just recently found out that the old style vauxhall 3 pin types are really good, as my key snapped and they were a right sod to get off as they have that spinny sleve on them
mc gards are crap, ive had a set of them off a car before in nearly the same time as a normal wheel nut when my mate bought a car without a locking wheel nut key

tbh i found the vaux pin ones to awful, the pin holes just wore away with any force applied. Couldn't get the wheel off so i guess they done there job
any lock nuts are a waste of time, if there gonny steal your wheels, there gonny steal your car

that is a pretty good philosophy really, ive left my pin lockers off completely now and just use normal nuts,
i would like to know how many people actually take their lock nut key out of the car with them, as most people i know leave them in the glove box etc for the potential car/wheel thief to use anyway

I'm going to purchase genuine pug ones for mine when i get around to it. Only reason for that is because the car will be serviced at pug and i can't be bothered looking about in the boot etc for the key when i hand the car over to them.
wtf would you not leave the locking key in the car. It kind of makes sense unless you're going to pick it up every time you pick up your car keys
