sick of driving the corsa everyday and the missus has decided to sort of take over ownership of the corsa C sri so I have bought this:




2001 vectra 2.0 dti
aircon
abs
pas
mint throughout
fsh

bought it off my dad as he has bought a new mondeo tdci. plans are:

bilstein suspension, gsi alloys and front bumper and get the back windows tinted, will be used as a company car for collecting/delivering parts and doing mobile diagnostics/callouts.

anyone got any nice pics of vectra estates?

wont ever get stripped out, unless I decide to fit a V6 turbo with RWD in a touring car style project.

my brother has one of these in green, seems alright for a family cruiser but no where near as quick or cool as the ex po po omega he had

nearly 28 stavs. so getting old.

ive worked out that you can only go so fast on the public highway, the corsa is literally too fast for the road that you cant use it to anywhere near its true potantial unless its on a track. and driving round fast in a corsa on the road just makes you look like a complete tit.

the vectra is the stepping stone before I get my new beast next year, its either going to be a very fast diesel or something like a monaro or ford mustang.

dti engine is fine, faster in a straight line than most hatches such as vtr's corsa 1.6's etc... great on the motorway as well. super reliable and 50+ mpg.
