well after a week of coming back from ace vauxhall in stoke-on-trent , C10RSA blew up , it went there for a 2l turbo conversion , but came back a heap of shit after payin £3000 for the engine and conversion
i have decided to brand them now as i have had a bill for £1900 on a rebuild and totall over haul , so i have decided to go ahead with the work and have the engine totally rebuilt , i have enclosed some pictures of the work that it actually came back in

ECU hanging out , right in drivers kickwell

rocker cover bolt , needs rethreading

lamba sensor wiring , shot , plus turbo touching the radiator

missing bolts in the turbo manifold

actuator dented

more bolts missing from turbo manifold

wiring harness , 5+ wiring plugs not tucked away or cut and taped

more crappy wiring

on a plus note i have a nice turbo cover , thats only cause i had it done pro

wiring loom , all over and whats with the red tape ?

on another plus note the guy did supply me with a new rocker cover , but that has to be cleaned because there is sand all in it

on a engineers report this is some other things

drive shaft oil seals need replacing
gear box sump leak
engine sump leak
speed cable snapped
wiring harness not up to wiring standard
ignition does not turn off until key is removed from ignition
turbo gasket and bearings need replacing
spark plugs and leads not replaced
even put leads from a 1.2 corsa on the engine
new dizzy
new rotor arm
forge dump valve was supplied , but i paid for a new one , second hand was supplied

so if ur thinking of a conversion rule this company out straight away , all they will do is rob you blind !!!!

i agree with jenko. feel for you roli1980 as people round here know not to go near them.

i asked them for a set of corsa shafts and they gave me calibra ones. luckily i knew the difference and told em where to stick em(supposed vaux specialist)

on the other hand they can do a good job. look on png at andy bishops turbo nova. thats spot on.

but imo AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Why did you accept the car? I'd have refused it until it was done properly.

£3k for an engine and conversion and thats what you got!

for £3000 we do a fully rebuilt c20let, stripped and tested and resealed gearbox, new hubs, mounts and shafts with custom exhaust system, silicon hoses throughout and engine run in and tested on the dyno.
