bloody jokers. sent out my new stereo and PACELine apparetnly tried to deliver, no calling card left, i arranged redelivery and it got sent back to the sender. now he wants another £13 to send it back to me, having a goddam laugh. so im waiting for my refund minus postage and a £5 returned fee!

Sounds more like you should have an issue with the delivery company?

Pretty standard for any business to charge for the resending of a parcel that has returned to them

it was a sony bt2500

i said to them that i had rearranged delivery. he said it was no longer their problem and i should sort it myself! proper poo customer service! yes the delivery company is partly to blame.
