Well, not made any posts or much recently but im going to be going on a little road trip tomorrow. My G/F moved down to Kent Uni from liverpool and its my turn to go and see her haha.

Just thought i would make a little topic to see what kent itself is like, speed camera etc wise. Also, do you think my little 1.2 8v will make it

I think it will, the cambelt snapped last week so ive had all the head sorted, 6 new valves, head skimmed alll the necessary so i reckon that its in the best shape it possibly can be!

Will be setting off around 1AM and hope to get there around 6-7AM. Does that sound fair?

If i see anything good on the way (in the way of cars) which i dont think i will because of the time im travelling, i will try and get some pics because i'll be that bored haha.

On another note, How is everyone this lovely Wednesday Night?

depends which way round the M25 you go. Anticlockwise there are no working camera's

Clockwiise may be a different matter

There's roadworks on the M40 too. Don't do more than 40 through them lol.

He'll be going anti clockwise if he comes down the M40

Would be silly to go down the M1 as there are average speed checks through the dug up bit

Im setting off tonight but going down the M1, much faster i know there are dug up bits but im taking my time so it doesnt really matter haha.

Its canterbury uni yeah, you'll see my car in the car park there anyway haha corsasport stickers so leave me a message on my car haha

1.2 8v has a good chance of making it and I guess a good chance of overheating (heard alot of stories about overheating 8v on this site, mainly 1.2 8v)
