6 x 9 speakers came yesterday, the middles have been pushed in. this was not on the description or shown in photos. have sent seller an email saying i want a refund including my p&p back. also if he wants the speakers back he must pay the p&p for that also.
he said claim through paypal, how do i do this?

open a dispute saying item not as described and instead of getting money back from the seller, you may get it back from paypal,
paypal will act as the middle man and try to negotiate between you 2 i think
