Using a cloth/rag of some sort you slide it behind the winder (between the winder and door card) then slide side to side, your aim is to try and catch teh pin that secures it in place so it flicks off. DONT lose it though. then it just slides off.

If thats what you mean

as said, search could have yielded simialr result
