First strike Section 59? I know on your second your car gets towed and a fine of over 100 odd quid.

i think its for suspected of doing somthing but they cant really prove it

A lad I know got it given him because he was speeding but they couldnt prove it

If he gets caught again or stopped or whatever he gets his car took off him and a ban as far as I know

I nearly got one for beeping in a public place at about 10.20pm but not sure if i did though get done. He asked me if i had one, replied no, then Asked if i wanted one and i said no lol. Did'nt take my details though so i'm a bit confused. I take it was just a warning?

they issue them on the spot mate so no worry, you're off the hook and you dont get any fine for the first one

Well, i was daft beeping because a panda car was in front of me i and a mate (parked) in a carpark beeped and i replied while being about a a yard behind the copper

What i was thinking i do not know
