PI Lowering springs
Do you HAVE to use different shocks or can you use them with the standard ones?

You don't have to, but it's recommended to. The ride will most probably be shockingly bad and won't handle much better. All you'll most probably gain is looks

PI are a budget make I believe so they're really only for looks. Depends whether your just after looks or not.
