As ssj_kakarot says, reduce carbs and increase protein. I wouldn't say do cardio twice a day. Quick results can be seen from a good diet and cardio 3-6 times a week.

And, there is a point in doing all the muscle building stuff. It will boost your metabolism tremendously and aid in the fat loss you're after. Search for a good upper/lower or push/pull split mate.

yeh as said, do cardio... but do muscle work on other days... Not only does doing muscle work burn a lot of calories while your doing it, but it'll burn lots afterwards and also increase your metabolism in daily life.

Metabolic rate is slowed down by fat, and sped up by muscle mass.

weights also good for burning extra calories and can see improvments quickly just keep a good in take of protein in your diet so you can increase muscle volume and rember you dont get big in the gym you need plenty of sleep for your body / muscles to recover this is when the muscle can grow hence why your muscles go to a jelly type form once you have finished your work out depending how far you push your self!

Sorry about esay

your body does not 'put lactic acid into your muscles'

in laymans terms lactic acid or lactate is a by product of energy production, which will build in the muscles if there is insufficiant oxygen to break it down into easilty removable or neutral substances.

if the intensity of your exercise is to large for your body to use the aerobic pathway to energy (its prefered) then anerobic energy production will produce the majority of your body energy. Its will last on vary time periods, due to the length of time your body tissue can stand the rapid rise in acidic lactate, and the availablity of fuel fo the reaction.

if you wish to burn a higher proportion of fat on your body, train at comfortable levels of you MHR (max heart rate) usually around 60% for extended periods of time.

You cannot soley burn fat at any point but you can shift your energy pathways to burn higher %'s of what you wish. Muscle mass will increase your matabolism and thuss your daily calorie need, this will become detrimental to fat burning if the mass becomes to large.

dont be suckered into loading protein protein protein, reseach surgests you only have a gene determined protein limit. the rest its just turned stright into lipdis and stored on muscles

as ive always said im happy to advise people through u2u if they need advice. As i can always use people's training in research. Im currently sudying for my Masters
