Had the biggest laugh at a customers expense today, i even got a written warning from my boss for laughing at him.

Guy bought one of those clio sport things that was traded into my work. Struck up a conversation with the guy as i was finishing off cleaning it. It went like this.

me "nice wee cars these, handle well. You should have plenty fun"

Customer "Yeh, not cheap though. Have you and idea how long i should run it in for?" (Bearing in my its 2 or 3 years old now"

Me "What do you mean?"

Customer " I got told when you buy a new car you have to run it in for a few miles"

Me, while laughing histeracly "yeh a brand new car, not one with 30 odd thousand miles on the clock"
