Hey all!
Eveyrone knows the Ibiza story, well after much thought I thought that it would be senbsible to downsize, and i went out and got myself a Clio.
Its a 2003 Clio 1.5 dCi 80 Dynamique 3 door.
Im pleased with it, apart from some foul mods. (They are being sorted)
51k on the clock, its got everything, leccy windows, mirrors, sunroof, AC, 4x airbags, cd player
Clayed, Cleaned and polished:
One next to Alex (whitties) car:
And the best bit about the WHOLE car:
*tilt head*
It gets ~550 miles (50/50 town motorway to £42).

next time u hear the rattle press the sunroof glass and see if it stops. then if it is that:
open the sunroof
press the little red pin to remove the glass from the handle
take the glass right out
then u shud see a little 2cm square plastic peg
put a bit of foam/a lot of insulation take e.t.c on it refit the glass
job done.

win ner!
sounds like a right good purchase indeed. sometimes mpg is better than a quick car, expecially the amount petrol can cost these days

I agree tbh,
its no rocket, but it pulls when it needs to, will cruise on the motorway with the AC on all day. Will be doing ~600 miles a week next year .
Project car next summer I think though!

driving many miles a week is annoying. i do about 300 a day so having a nice comfy quiet car to drive is quite important

Driving really doesnt bother me. Its taken me some time to get used to driving again, my IAM instructed drive went badly, but driving inLondon today has helped I think.
