After my ebay account being hacked back in march ive never used it since..

I've been sent my invoice for this month and it states that I have a negative invoice balance of £31...

Does this mean I have £31 to spend or am I not getting something??

Thats what I initially thought but it says I have £0 to pay.. If I was due them money it wouldn't be a negative number..

Hmm, strange one.

Drop eBay a quick e mail using the "contact us" link.

They're usually pretty quick to sort payment issues out.

Even if he was in credit, which I doubt. How are you gonna "spend" this money? At best you could make £31 worth of ebay ads.
