Looking into my options of what I want to do career wise and was wondering how panel beaters got into there career, did you do a college course or did you train up with a company? Also whats the pay like?
Cheers.

im doing a vrq level 2 for a year and when i pass this i can do an 18month apprentership
or i do a vrq level 3 next yr and i think i do 6 month in an actual work place then im vrq and nvq qualified
depending on if you want to work for a big company(NVQ) or you want to get your own place(VRQ)
imho i think college is better because ive been their for 2 weeks and took a car apart and sprayed up a panel and kinda know how to set up a spray gun
