Mornings ladies and gentlemen. Need some help. Trying to learn SQL, but to do that I need a database of information. Poorly im using Access (don't think they will let me on our HR db ) and just filling in a table of info.
As im learning the ropes here, the plan is to run a database, then design a web page, and use the search function on that web page to run SQL queries back to my database.
Easiest thing I could think of is films.
Can anyone list me any movie they know, i've only got 4 fields so fairly simple.
Movie Name:
Age Certificate:
Movie Type: (i.e action, horror, comedy etc).
Movie Length:
Can anyone help, anyone at home got a load of DVD's next to them? Fill me with info.
(PS, if anyones got any guides or notes on SQL from good training sites, pop them on too). If anyone wants a very good learning site im using to learn the basics, drop by...

Just google sample Access databases. You'll need a few different tables to learn the more advanced stuff......

I'd look into normalisation and a bit of database design too.

Give me a chance, i've got SO much to take on as it is.
