Riding to work this morning on my ped just gettin ready to leave a roundabout when a clio goes into the back of me, there was me f'in and blind'in but looked at my bike and it seemed ok so i rode off, but then my bike started making a loud noise like it was about to blow up lol, so i pulled over a luckly manged to pull the clio driver over, did all the boring bits got each others details, and then i pulled over into asda car park and was is shock lol my legs were like jelly. Can't belive it my bike is pretty fucked what a lovely start to a day lol,

will do dnt really wanna claim on my insurance thou as i have just insured my corsa on my own for £550, gonna see how much the damage is and the cost and mite give her a ring and see if she will do it wid out insurance compaines

if it their fault then you claim from their insurance shouldn't affect yours.

She will claim off her insurance and she will pay her excess and her insurance company will sort out the vehicle to be repaired

You still have to declare a none fault accident to your insurance.

When applying for insurance you are asked have you made a claim in the last so many years, your fault or not?

Why do they ask this then, if they wont increase the price?
