how do i put a reserve on an item?

only 2 options its given me are starting price and buy it now price

Easiest & cheapest way is to get a mate to put in a shill bid.

yep thats how it's done

If your mate wins the bidding, file a non paying bidder dispute, both agree not to go through with sale, you get your fees back and your mate doesnt get a strike.

just start it at the least you would take, think you have to have sold X amount to use reserve prices.

if you want to actually put a reserve on then i believe its got to be higher than £50. As already said though, just get a mate to bid it up.
